Returns and Refunds

We accept the return of all products sold on our online site, with the exception of socks, items on sale or discounted . The returned products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging with the respective tag attached. They must never have been worn or used or have undergone even minimal deterioration and in a state of perfect cleanliness.

Any product damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or replaced.

By what deadline can I request a return?

You have a legal deadline of 14 days from the delivery of your order to notify us of your wish to return and send us the goods and return costs are at your expense.

When will my return be accepted?

If you have complied with all the required conditions, once you have received your return, you will be contacted by our team and we will refund you in full the price of the products purchased . The actual time for crediting or returning the sums you paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used (generally 10 working days from the approval of your return).

What if my return is not accepted?

You will be contacted even if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products back at your expense . If you refuse this shipment, Mezzanotte Store reserves the right to retain the products and the amount corresponding to their purchase price.

Your responsibility remains in case of loss or damage to the products during transport, which is due to your negligent choice of carrier and / or shipping methods.

Can I exchange an item?

If you are returning an item to us due to a size or color issue, we can resend the same item in a different size or color. These are the only types of trades that Bisù Milano can do. In this case, the shipment of the new article is offered by us. You can exchange for an item of the same brand, of the same model in a different size, size or color.
In the event of a price difference, you will have to pay the difference, or vice versa Bisù Milano will refund you the difference.

Returned items must comply with our criteria:

  • Items must be returned intact and unused, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original protective packaging and bags (if applicable) and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
  • When trying on a shoe, please do not damage the sole or damage the box.
  • Socks must be returned with hygienic protective labels and, where applicable, in closed packaging.
  • The jewelry must be returned in the same condition in which it arrived, including the packaging and documents provided.

Please try the products on carefully so that you can return them in the same condition in which they were shipped. Returns that do not meet our policies will not be accepted.

Cancellation of an order

Depending on where you live, you can also cancel your order under the CCR ("Consumer Agreement Regulations (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) 2013"). If you choose this option we will refund the full price and original shipping cost for any returned item that meets our Return Policy.
